Description

Multilayer bimetal strip CuZn10-St-CuZn10 is made of low-carbon steel strip, clad on both sides with tombac CuZn10.

Composition

  • Base – low-carbon quality steel, grade DC04 with chemical composition acc. to GOST 9045.
  • Coating – brass, grade CuZn10 with chemical composition acc. to  GOST 15527.

The thickness of cladding layers h1 and h2 is the same for both sides and varies from 4 to 6% of the finished stripthickness. Upon customer’s request, the thickness of the cladding layer can be up to 10% on each side.

 Description

Bimetal strips and bands Bimetall 3, are made of low-carbon steel which is clad on both sides with tombac CuZn10.

  • Base – low-carbon quality steel, grade DC04 with chemical composition acc. to GOST 9045, steel DC01 with chemical composition acc. to GOST 803 and steel 11kp with chemical composition acc. to GOST 1050.
  • Coating – brass grade CuZn10 with chemical composition acc. to GOST 15527.
