TU 1881-003-55680513-2004 Multilayer strips AlFeSi-St-AlFeSi. Technical Requirements.

Description

Multilayer bimetal strip, grade AlFeSi-St-AlFeSi, made of low-carbon steel strip clad on both sides with aluminum alloy AlFeSi (AlSiFe).

Composition

  • Base – low-carbon quality steel grade DC04 with chemical composition acc. to GOST 9045.
  • Coating – Aluminum alloy AlFeSi with chemical composition acc. to TU 1-2-544-2000 or AlSiFe with chemical composition acc. to TU 1811-019-00195592-2000.

The thickness of cladding layers h1 and h2 is the same for both sides and varies from 6 to 8% of the finished strip thickness. Upon customer’s request, the thickness of the cladding layer can be up to 10% on each side.

  • Coating – aluminum alloy AlSiFe with chemical composition acc. to TU 1811-019-00195592-2000 or aluminum alloy grade 8011 with chemical composition acc. to GOST 618.
