 Description

Multilayer bimetal strip Cu-ETP-St-Cu-ETP is made of low-carbon steel strip, clad on both sides with copper.

Composition

copper-steel-copper

  • Base – low-carbon quality steel, grade DC04 with chemical composition acc. to GOST 9045.
  • Coating – copper Cu-ETP with chemical composition acc .to  GOST 859.

The thickness of cladding layers h1 and h2 is the same for both sides and varies from 4 to 6% of the finished strip thickness. Upon customer’s request, the thickness of the cladding layer can be up to 10% on each side.
